How to upload downloadable files to wordpress

This post describes a WordPress plugin I created for maintaining downloadable documents. The inspiration was a Web site for a private school.

Adding links to PDF files is an essential requirement for many. The PDF format is great for documents like minutes and agendas. Here's how to add them.
