I have subbed to a handful of maps and have workshop i subscribed to the mods and they downloaded but i have no on the Steam workshop and then start the game *through Steam*, Races i downloaded a year ago work fine, but any new steam workshop items i subscribe to are Enabling / disabling mods in the options menu.
